Wbrac March 18, 2021 Ref: 08/2021 Amendment of clause 2.24 of BRAC HRPP regarding Provident Fund ‘The below clause has been amended with effect from April 01, 2021 Provident Fund 1 Confirmed Regular and Service (graded) staff will be eligible for the membership of Provident Fund after one year of service as Regular or Service (graded) staff. 2. Ten percent (10%) of staff's basic salary will be deducted from monthly salary and BRAC will contribute the equal amount. 3. The Provident Fund will be administered according to the Provident Fund Rules framed by the Provident Fund Trustees. 4, Any staff completing 2 (two) years of continuous service in BRAG, from the date of joining as Regular or Service (graded) staff, and one year as a member of Provident Fund will be entitled to his/ her own contribution as well as BRAC’s contribution including its interest. If any staff does not complete 2 years of continuous service, he/ she will only be eligible for his! her own contribution including its interest (if any). However, redundant/ retrenched/ discharged/ deceased staff will receive full amount of BRAC’s contribution regardless of his/ her service length.
