Amendment of clause 2.23 of BRAC HRPP regarding Gratuity
‘The below clause has been amended with effect from April 1, 2021
Gratuity
Gratuity will be calculated from the date of joining of staff as regular or service staff. Staff will be
eligible for Gratuity at the completion of one year of service. After completion of the first year, a
period exceeding six months of service will be treated as a completed year of service.
Below is the table containing the multiplier of basic salary for every completed year of service:
