program, we want to
let you know that
Netflix has made
the difficult decision to discontinue all
U.S. based outsourcing needs. Netflix
has assured us this decision has
nothing to do with the amazing perfor-
mance provided by the agent
community and is solely based on fi-
nancial factors impacting the state of
their business.
Our last day of support is expected to
be Saturday, May 15, 2021.
The client wanted us to pass on to the
Netflix agent community their grati-
tude and appreciation for the dedica-
tion to supporting their customers.

and quality scores have left the door
open for future opportunities, should
there be a need. This speaks vol-
umes about the type of support
YOUR business provided and you
can be proud of those
accomplishments.In the meantime, call distribution from
the Netflix client has not changed -
we still receive priority routing as we
have since launch. This means the
schedule will continue to release, and
will continue to receive call
volume as normal. Agent needs are
still high, and there are plenty of com-
mits available for your business to
build up your invoices prior to joining

The client is counting on us to fin-
ish strong with both our staffing
needs and our performance
metrics.

for a new opportunity, your busi-
ness will need to remain in good
standing with Netflix. To be in
good standing, your business
will need to fulfill these commit
requirements:
« Commit to & honor a min-
imum of 130 Netflix com-
mits April 1 - 30
e¢ Commit to & honor a min-
imum of 65 Netflix com-
mits May 1 - 15
e We encourage you to choose an
opportunity based on your inter-
ests and personal skill set. A
program that offers slightly more
pay might not necessarily be the
one that provides you the most
