Greetings Wildcat Families,

Appointments with teachers can only be made through a valid G-mail account. If you do not have one, you can
create one here. If you choose not to create an account, you can use your student's account to sign up for
conferences.
You must make appointments with each teacher whom you wish to conference. Each meeting is 10 minutes in
length; due to the limited time constraints, you will only be able to sign up for one session per teacher. For
example, you will not be able to sign up to meet with Mr. Newell at 5:10 pm – 5:20 pm and 5:20 pm – 5:30 pm.

Below are the names of all teachers and support staff separated by department. To schedule a meeting, locate
the department where each teacher is listed in alphabetical order.

Find your student's teacher and click her/his name, which will take you to their calendar.

• The next screen will have "Next available appointment slot on February 25, 2021". Once you click the
link, you will be in that teacher's calendar; you will see the teacher's name and PT conference (Ex.
Newell PT Conference). Please make sure you schedule a time on either February 25th or Feb 26th
during the scheduled Parent-Teacher Conference time frame.
o Thursday, February 25th (5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
o Friday, February 26th (8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)

• The calendar will show the links available for Thursday and Friday (scroll up for Friday time slots).
Click a 10-minute slot on the day and time is available and that you are available to meet with that
teacher.

• When you click that slot, a small text box will pop up that will include your name and the time slot you
selected.

• Click the "Save" button on the bottom left of the text box to confirm your time slot. You will receive a
confirmation email to the G-mail account you signed up with, and this will be added to that G-mail
calendar.

• Once you confirm a time slot, it will become unavailable to others. You will be unable to reschedule
that time if other times are not available. It is recommended that you review the G-mail calendar while
signing up to coordinate a meeting with teachers.
