Summary:
Master valve used on Detector Block KX-21 series has been changed.

Detailed Information:
Due to aging of the metal mold, the master valve used on Detector Block KX-21
series has been changed as follows.

MASTER VALVE 3MV31 ASSY (P/N: 99302612) is a single unit, while MASTER
VALVE 3MV14-AF ASSY (P/N: 97328514) and MASTER VALVE 3MV17-C ASSY
(P/N: 97328611) are two separate units. (see figures below)

2. If it becomes necessary to replace MASTER VALVE 3MV31 ASSY in the
field, make sure to replace it by ordering both MASTER VALVE 3MV14-
AF ASSY and MASTER VALVE 3MV17-C ASSY.
3. These updated pages will be included in the next Manual update.
