Pre-Final Examination / Final Project / Final Examination Guidelines

A. Submission of Resume/Curriculum Vitae


 All students must follow the Resume’ format below
 All position that the students desire to apply must include to the objective
 Kindly note that the three (3) character references can change to other person, but always
take note that the character references must not related to you as your family (e.g:
Instructor, Former/Current Colleagues, other professional in their field)
 Deadline of Submission of Resume: April 18 – 20, 2021

B. Introduce yourself and Virtual Job Application


 Video Clips must composed of maximum of 5 minutes and at least minimum of 3 minutes video
presentation/introduction
 You can use smart/android phones or any cameras (with clear microphones)
 Videos are allowed to use some application to edit your virtual introduction (note: not required)
 All students must wear proper formal attire (Woman – Blouse with collar / Man – Polo with
collar)
 Rubrics:
- Proper Attire 15%
- Proper Pronunciation & Clear Diction 25%
- Confidence 25%
Body of Interview Process
- Introduction – 15%
- Connection to the Question – 15%
- Ending (Assurance of Position) – 5%

C. Selection of Career Position


 All students are selected based on the Resume’ and virtual introduction they submit.
 Selection of Career Position will be announced on May 1, 2021
 All students are allowed to choose career position
- Cabin Crew
- Passenger Service Agent (CSA)
- Hotel Receptionist
- House Keeping
- Bellman
- Restaurant Manager
- Quick Service Restaurant Crew
- Event’s Organizer
- Crew Deck/Cruise Ship Crew/Chef
- Tour Guide
- Travel Agents
- Office Staff (Marketing, Research and Development, Administration Office, Customer
Service, Human Resource, Sales Department) * Government Position are allowed as long as
it is related to your course
- Note: other career position are allowed to put in your Resume’, make sure that the career
position you desire is connected to the course.

D. Virtual Customer Service


 After the selection of career position all students must encounter the New Normal Customer
Service.
 The New Normal Customer Service are may related to the role of desire career
 Example of New Normal Customer Service are answering phone calls (reservation, appointment,
complaint)
 If you are applying for a career position in Office Staff/Travel Agencies/Government Office
Position, kindly prepare at least 3 to 5 slides in Power Point (or any related proposal to deal with
your position)
 Make sure that the desire career position you choose is related to the proposal you present
 Presentation Day: May 8 and 15, 2021

E. Others
 All questions in Virtual Interview are same as the question to the position you desire to apply
 Students are allowed to browse some question and answer related to Job Interview and Self
Introduction. But we are not encourage you to copy all of the statement on the website.
 All schedule must strictly follow. No more extension for submission of Resume’
 Formal Attire is not required to be new, as long as it is presentable to the monitor during
recording.
 All other concern related to the said activities must send through our Group Chat.

1. Make sure that the environment and background for your virtual video is neat and clean (Note:
you are allowed to use digital background but not required)
2. Prepare yourself
- Wear comfortable and formal dress
- Prepare your first line of speech (Name, Background, Achievement and Skills)
3. Questions to be followed after introduction:
a. What are your strength and weaknesses?
b. How do you manage time management?
c. How do you handle pressure in your work place?
d. Can you elaborate why do you think we should hire you?
e. What are your future plans if you pass the interview?
4. Prepare for you final line
- Make sure that your final speech is brief and be memorable to the interviewer.

- Search and Read for the background of your desire career position

Process of Virtual Customer Service

a. If you choose a career position in line to the following:


 Cabin Crew
 Passenger Service Agent (CSA)
 Receptionist
 Restaurant Manager
 Quick Service Restaurant Crew
 Crew Deck/Cruise Ship Crew/Chef
- Conversational Script during customer service is provided by Instructor (all you need to do is
to memorize and deliver the line properly)
- Note: some of the conversational script are reservation, complaint, inquiries or explanation)
- All students are allowed to wear proper attire that connected to the career position they
assign.

b. If you choose a career position in line to the following:


 Event’s Organizer
 Tour Guide
 Travel Agents
 Office Staff (Marketing, Research and Development, Administration Office, Customer
Service, Human Resource, Sales Department) * Government Position are allowed as long
as it is related to your course
- Students must prepare virtual on-going interview (selected and common questions during
interview)
- If the applicant (students) is applying for Events Organizer, Tour Guide or Travel Agents they
need to prepare at least 3 to 5 slides presentation or events, tour guiding or tour package
that deal with your desire to hire on the position
- All students are allowed to wear formal attire during interview
