Essential Requirements with Participants:

 A computer or smart phone.

 Access to WiFi (5 Mbps or more) or mobile data (2 GB data or more)
 Cisco WebEx meetings (free version).

Methodology:

 Participants will receive a link for joining the training.

 Each session will promptly begin and end at the appointed times.
 Participants will be muted during calls, except when called upon.
 The trainer will use a slideshow as he presents material to keep it engaging.
 The session will remain interactive by raising hands after each session
 Digital Course Completion certificate will be issued to participants through ONGC webmail or SAP
/ Webice after submission of feedback by participants. Link to fill up feedback form shall be shared
on last day of the program through ONGC Webmail

 This is an initiative by ONGC Academy to reach to employees and impart training and knowledge by
deploying technological tools available with all employees.
 Employees are requested to register directly for the program with intimation to their controlling officer
as well as in-charge HRD / training of their concerned location

1. Day/Session wise schedule of the program had already been uploaded in the

ONGC Academy before start of the programme.

SAP
