Narrative
Hospitals are reservoirs of critical resources and knowledge. They can be classified according to the interventions they
provide, the roles they play in the health system and the health and educational services they offer to the communities
in and around them. General hospitals may be academic health facilities or community-based entities. They are general
in the sense that they admit all types of medical and surgical cases, and they concentrate on patients with acute illnesses
needing relatively short-term care.

A General hospital is one in which patients with all types of ailments are treated under the same roof.

HISTORY OF HOSPITALS

The early institutions from which it


developed bore little resemblance to
that important of community life,
which we call the hospital.

In its earliest form, the hospital was


aimed at care of the poor and lodging

Dwarka region is under development and the travel distance is much longer from Dwarka to some other good
hospitals of Delhi region. Therefore, residents of Dwarka need much more healthcare facilities which can only be
provided by the better hospitals.

While comparing to other countries, India ratio is very poor .Change in medicinal services foundation and offices
and simple entry to them is the main way India can battle against diseases.

The site is well connected with the roads and easily accessible and is
opposite to GGSI University.
