I am directed to refer to your letter No. LIT.100/2020/1017 dated 16.02.2021 on the

subject cited above and to enclose herewith copies of following documents as desired please:
i. Copy of Notice issued by the Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of
Pakistan.
ii. Copy of Writ Petition No. 53508/2020.
iii. Copy of Order dated 23.10.2020.

2. I am further directed to state that the notice of Civil Petition for Leave to Appeal
(CPLA) was received in this Secretariat from Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of Pakistan
without copy of the CPLA, hence, the same may be obtained from the quarters concerned to
proceed further in this matter.
