    RETAINER AGREEMENT

    This Agreement acknowledges the employment of the MS &


    ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM, #2 Dr. Lazcano corner Mother Ignacia Ave., Brgy.
    Paligsahan, Quezon City, hereinafter called "Attorney" by MS. KRIZIA ALLEN
    CAY MERCURIO, hereinafter called as "Client", with postal address at
    ___________________________, and the fee arrangement by which
    Attorney will provide legal assistance in connection with the Estafa Case of
    the above-mentioned name.

    LEGAL FEES:

    A. Acceptance Fee: - Payable upon signing of the


    Contract

    - Php100,000.00

    B. Appearance Fee - Php5,000 for every


    appearance before any forum.

    C. Success Fee - Php100,000.00 payable upon


    Dismissal of the case against
    the client.

    Done this 1st day of September 2020 at Quezon City.
