LETTER OF CONTINUING GUARANTEE

In consideration of the commercial relationships which may exist from time to time between
OMNI-CHEM 136.LLC(collectively, “OMNI-CHEM”) including any of its divisions, whether
as Purchaser, distributor or otherwise, and JIANGXI DEXING PARCHN SODIUM
ISOVITAMIN C CO., LTD. and its subsidiaries and divisions (collectively, “Supplier”),
Supplier represents, warrants and agrees as follows:

1. Supplier represents and warrants that all products provided at any time to us, shall be
manufactured, stored and distributed by Supplier in compliance with all applicable laws and
Good Manufacturing Practices (as understood in the food industry for example Federal Food,
Drug &Cosmetic Act) and shall be approved for use in food in Mexico. Without limiting the
foregoing, Supplier shall operate in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Contact
Points) principles.

2. Supplier represents and warrants that all products shall be inspected and graded by
fullytrained quality control technicians, shall meet specifications provided by OMNI-CHEM to
ensure product uniformity, quality and safety, and shall comply with all applicable physical,
chemical and microbiological safety standards, Supplier shall at all times have in place stringent
quality control and food safety systems, including foreign material control, pest control, allergen
control and traceability systems, which shall be audited regularly by third party auditing firms to
ensure compliance.

3. Supplier represents and warrants that it will provide OMNI-CHEM with a safe, high quality
product which complies with all applicable laws.

4. The provisions hereof are continuing and shall be in full force and effect in respect of all
supply of products by Supplier to OMNI-CHEM.
