Project Guidelines
 Read the case carefully
 Write the Introduction explaining the summary of the assigned case.
 Write down a detailed discussion regarding your comprehension.
 What OB theories and concepts apply and would have helped the administrators to address
the issues highlighted in the case
 Read the case study and answer the questions at the end of the case. If no question has been
provided then critically analyze the issue
 Give a Conclusion covering the overall outcome of the work.
 Recommendations

EVALUATION The text of your report should not exceed 15 pages (this limit is for assignment text
only and does not include such things as cover page, appendices, bibliography, etc., if
applicable. The report will be evaluated based on rubrics and viva
Students are encouraged to browse the relevant material and organization websites
while analyzing the case.
