KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, JIRAIYA NOEL, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with address at Malinaw St.,
Tambo, Lipa City FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF Two Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) paid by MADARA ROXAS likewise Filipino, of legal age,
single, and with address at 12 Vito Cruz Street, Manila, have sold, transferred, and conveyed,
and by these presents do hereby SELL, CEDE, and TRANSFER unto the said Madara Roxas, his
heirs and assigns, one (1) Australian Brangus cow, described as follows:

One (1) Australian Brangus cow;

Age: 3 years old
Sex: Female;
Cowlicks ___3____( between the eyes, shoulder, and neck);
Brand __Left Hip Cattle A/B____.

as shown in the Certificate of Ownership No. 1234 issued in the Municipality of

Pagbilao, Province of Quezon.
