 1- In what company did you do your training course?
My first training period was in a study office in laayoune city.
The mission of the office is to achieve technical studies to
evaluate the projects and tracking the progression of works
under achievement in addition to design executions.
Besides this, its skillful human resources and competencies in
the field of civil engineering, led by the director as well as
engineers, characterize the office and technicians.
The work atmosphere is wonderful, dominated by respect
and appreciation.

2- How long did the training course last?

 From the 2 nd of October 2018 until now I
worked in a regional execution agency of
projects as Civil Engineering Technician in
dakhla city (technical service)
 from 2014-03-01 to 2018-01-01 I worked in
an investment company as (technical service and
Flowing works execution) in Sidi Ifni city.
 From 2012-07-01 to 2014-03-01 worked in a
study office In Laayoune City as Civil
Engineering Technician (help civil engineers to
plan, design, and build highways, bridges, and
 other infrastructure projects for commercial,
industrial, residential, and land development
projects)

3- Who arranged this course for you? Did the company

I get in training company via presenting my curriculum vitae
(cv) and passing the interview. The company accepts only
trainees under training.

4-What did you do there?

I prepare plans and look over project sites. I test different
materials, estimate costs, and prepare reports. Typically, i do
many of the actual tasks

I solve technical problems in research and development,

manufacturing, sales, construction, inspection, and
maintenance by using science, engineering, and
mathematical principles. I often assist engineers and
scientists.

In this experience I was very happy because the company

accepted me with a pleasure.
5- Were you given a special project to do? If so, describe it at
length
Yes, I was assigned to the SPIMA investments Company with
a project to build housing units. I did it with a high skill, and
it gaves good results to the company not only in terms of
implementation quality but also in terms of financial profit.
That was not easy because it needed a lot of energy, efforts
and accurate plans. Despite of all the burden and suffering, I
forgotten all because, the project ended successfully. Really, it
was an indescribable experience in my life. It was an easy
task

6- What hardware and software did you use?

during my experience in this company, I use software
AutoCAD and ArchiCAD for to plan, design
Microsoft (excel, word, power point…) for to organize,
manage projects and presentation of project results.

7- How did your colleagues treat you during the internship?

They treat me in a good manner and goes faster We create a
good atmosphere of working
8-Did you use any English during the course? If so; when
and where?
No, I don’t use English during the course only speak French
when the company was with a partner from France in a
social housing construction project

9- Did the company offer to take you on permantely?

Yes, but I refuse the offer because I get a good one.

10- Would you say this course was a useful experience for
you? Give your critical impression
Yes, of course, it is very useful and I got a high professional
experience.

11- Why should we hire you?

Because I deserve, in addition to my previous professional
experience that allows me to do task however it is

12- Reason behind leaving your last job?

To stay close my family besides a good salary, new experience
and new challenge because always I like a new challenge

13- Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?
I was lucky, I have not been unemployed for long time, I got a
job right after I graduate

14- Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?

Sometimes I like to work under pressure because it the only
way to show all abilities and my professional skills

15- How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I'm going to continue my education and training so as to
obtained a high degrees and better positions

16- What is your weakness?

The confidence: I trust a lot in my colleagues that sometimes
causes me troubles at work

17- What is your strength?

Being self-confident, taking responsibility, leadership and

work under pressure in addition to, the achievement of the
good work in a short time.

18- What position do you prefer on a team working on a

project?
The place where I prefer to work is to be near the project in
its all dimensions basicly the technical part and supervising
the works so as to discover new techniques that the project
hold in its construction.

SUMMARY
Hello I’m oubaika Samir I was born in sidi Ifni city I’m 29
years old This is a summary about my career.

After I get my baccalaureate, I had the opportunity to

continue my studies at a specialized institute of applied
technology.

After two years of hard working, I succeed to obtain my

diploma as a technician specialized in civil engineering.

To develop my professional career, it is necessary to look for

a new training experience in my field in order to develop my
skills. I had an opportunity to work in a study office as a
technician specialized in civil engineering in laayoune city.

In this first training I was helping civil engineers to plan,

design, and build highways, bridges, and other infrastructure
projects for commercial, industrial, residential, and land
development projects.

After two years I had a new challenge an investment

company as well Civil Engineering Technician during this
training I was preparing plans and look over project sites. I
was testing different materials, estimating costs, and
preparing reports. Typically, I did many of the actual tasks.
Finally, until now, I worked in a regional execution agency of
projects as Civil Engineering Technician in dakhla city, and
my Responsibilities is to Drafted detailed design layouts for
new mall projects and ensured conformity with specifications
of the client.
Ensured that all specifications of the designs made are strictly
followed by the contract workers.
Coordinated with the head engineer regarding progress of
jobs being developed at the sites.
Prepared reports and documents of the project activities.

Therefore, I never stop here, and my aim is to participate in

more training course to improve my knowledge and to obtain
better positions in the future.
