Dear Sir/Madam,

SUB: CIBIL DETAILED BILL – February 2021.

 
Please extract CIBIL Bill of your zone from the attachment, for the month of February 2021. The
details provided shall be used for cross verification by ZOs of the Amount recovered at the
Branch for the CIBIL reports taken out in the Branches. As informed the amount must be
recovered at the Branches at once the CIBIL / Experian/Equifax report is taken out. ZO
can verify the recovered amount by the branch by verifying the particular branch in acsp menu
option in Finacle.

Please note that there should not be any revenue leakage on account of non-charging of
Transunion CIBIL/ Experian/ Equifax charges from the borrower and also non
transferring of the same to GL A/c head ****5054700001. The menu that has to be used in
finacle for collecting the recovery amount is “CGSTMAN”. Wherever the customer does not
have account with the Bank, then a deposit slip must be used to collect the cash and transfer it to
****5054700001. **** is the SOL ID of the Branch/Dept./ZO.

ZOs/ HO Department must send us the confirmation letter of the Income booked by the
Branches of your zones within 7 days of receiving this letter.
