Dear Mrs. Wilberforce:

Many a day I have spent in your coffee shop working tirelessly on assignments and drinking
delicious Brew Code coffee. The atmosphere is perfect for focus work and the free wi-fi is a
blessing indeed. However, I am often met with quite an inconvenience when I must print out
my assignment only to realize that your marvelous shop is void of a printer. An addition of a
printer would bring significantly more traffic to your shop which means more people to buy
coffee, tea, and snacks. A few days ago, I was forced to take the bus to the library and,
unfortunately, purchase my coffee elsewhere in order to be able to print my assignment in
time. I highly recommend installing said printers; I know I would be more than willing to cover
the maintenance fees each time I printed.

Dear Mr. Sandes,

I understand that it is against policy to release past reviews without the approval of the
managers who wrote them, but I have a concern that I have been misrepresented in their
reviews due to their short period of time with the company and lack of personal experience
with me. I am entirely at fault for not having kept up with the reviews during the periods in
which they were written, but I humbly ask that you make an exception for me due to the fact
that the managers who wrote them are no longer at with the company. I would like my past
five reviews and will receive permission from two out of the five because two of them still work
here. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance.
