Status of the System

The status of the system is very good, it looked well maintained and very clean.
The system did pass all tests without any problems. The following photo shows the results

X-Ray Tube

The tube has been replaced on 15. February 2019 and had 50385 scan seconds on the
date of inspection.

QA Check

To check the performance of the scanner I did the following tests:

 Check Up including Tube Warm Up and Defective Channels Correction, Air Calibration
 Constancy Check including Phantom Check, Slice, Homogeneity/Water, Noise and MTF

All tests passed without problems.

Deinstallation of the System

The system is located inside the Radiology Clinic, which in the ground level of the main
hospital building. The control room is on the right side of the scan room. The LCB is
located inside the scan room.

The removal route is not too long and not overly complicated.

This is the emergency entrance and it should not be blocked during loading of the
equipment.

Cable Routing
The cables from the console to the gantry are routed through an on-wall cable tray into
the suspended ceiling and out of the suspended ceiling through another on-wall cable tray
into floor cable ducts
