Why Join The Army?

Well, Why Not…

There are several reasons to join the army; however, every potential recruit has a

unique reason which leads a potential recruit to join the army. Joining the army is a

decision that no potential recruit takes it lightly. No matter what the reason is to join the

army, each potential recruit feels a sense of pride when he/she decides to serve the

greatest army in the world. Pride is the reason alone to join the army.

The army can fulfill a potential recruit’s unique needs. A potential recruit needs to

know and understand the way the army can help, so a potential recruit can decide to

join the army. Army’s benefits and incentives are the primary reason that helps a

potential recruit to decide to join the army. There are several benefits to joining the

army; for example, free education to earn degrees, financial stability, competitive pay

without any significant experience for high school graduates, allowances for housing

and food, free health insurance, etc. The army provides an opportunity for a potential

recruit to go around the world which is quite convincing and attractive enough for some

individuals to join the army. The secondary and underlying reason to join the army is the

pride a potential recruit feels when he/she raises their right hand and takes an oath to

protect the United States of America.

All in all, the army can provide everything that a potential recruit may demand. In

today’s economy, a job that can fulfill an individual’s present and future needs is not

easy to find. The army provides an opportunity to build a career and a sense of pride

while doing the job. When deciding to join the army, the only question a potential recruit

should be asking is Why Not.
