 Supervised the installation of the Essentris program in the hospital which included a budget of $1.1
million for supportive and peripheral equipment that increased the hospitals continuity of care
capabilities throughout U.S. Navy Medical facilities.
 Implemented a new emergency department triage policy that appropriately redirected non-emergent
patients to their assigned medical care team resulting in a 67% decreased in non-emergent emergency
