Advocate general mentioned that Tarzan is not guilty, because he didn’t not know English or

understand anything so at first he didn’t know what Jane wanted.

Tarzan is not guilty because he didn’t know what was going on with his emotions, but after 3 days he
learned English and, while he was teaching him, he was hiding from her father. He wasn’t kidnapping
her, he just didn’t want her father to know what was going on between her and Tarzan.

It was plenty of evidence given by the witnesses and the expert that he saved her. We decided that
she stayed 3 days on her own free will, beside she even had time to teach him English. When she
loved him, Tarzan didn’t followed her to take her back, but rather to defend her of possible dangers
from around the jungle. Furthermore, Jane hid herself with Tarzan from her father and she would
not have done that if she were afraid of him. She wouldn’t have continued teaching him how to
speak, how to behave and how to feel real emotions if she in any moment felt that she was
kidnapped.

Judge: She wanted to spend the night with Tarzan and she left in the middle of the night because she
couldn’t bear the thought of leaving him and breaking his heart face to face.

The main reason that Tarzan is found not guilty is that Jane taught him English and if she would’ve
been scared, she wouldn’t have stood around to teach him.

The judges’ unanimous opinion is that Tarzan is found NOT GUILTY.
