Business Proponents: Organizes with their Capabilities and Contributions

The proponents of the business are the six members of the group that can be considered as budding
entrepreneurs. Wherein each of the proponents has something to contribute and they can be divided
based on their capabilities, skills, and interests. The proponents believe that dividing them and giving
them the work they want can make the business more successful because each member should have a
passion for what they do. To function a business properly, it needs a well-organized process from
organizers and institutions and the financial needs of an entrepreneur. The proponents of the enterprise
would seek to have an attractive market placed in subdivisions and villages, with the help of increasing
demands for water products and new products in this entrepreneurial world.

The resource mobilizers and financial backers in our venture would be the investors who are willing to
invest in the business. It also includes the capitalists or the corporate board of directors of whom we can
loan from or financial institutions such as Landbank, BDO, or BPI. The resource mobilizers and financial
backers will be the ones who will share the capital of the business. Other investors are also allowed to
invest in the company so that there will be more improvements in the enterprise.

Proponent:

The technology providers and applicators, the project manager and product developer would create
innovations that would attract the target customers easily. They are also the ones who will think of the
technologies that the business needs. They are also the ones who will analyze if the budget is enough to
make use of technologies and if there is a sufficient fund that they can use to pay for it. One of the key
technologies of the business is the Multimedia Sediment Filter, Active Carbon Filter, Water Softener
Tank, Reverse Osmosis Membrane, Polishing Carbon, Ultraviolet Lamp/Sterilizer, Ozone Generator, and
other pieces of equipment which can help in the production of the products. And for the business to
make a market in the internet world. The proponents must seek advice to develop applications that can
be used by the customers to order some products from Software developers or create a social media
group page showcasing the products and services offered with the use of computer skills that can be
utilized by our consumers in order to disseminate information about the enterprise.

For the governance and top management, the operations manager or the leader in the business must
prioritize two things: to check if there’s any rust or breakdowns in our technologies and pieces of
equipment and to deliver water containers as soon as possible and getting empty containers at a fixed
schedule. The employees that would soon be welcomed to our enterprise must value sanitation in a
workplace because it is one of the ethics that responsible management must obtain. These leaders will
lead their members so they can follow. But having leaders doesn’t mean that other members can’t
participate because as a team in the business, the suggestions and approval of each individual are also
important. In that part, they will be able to formulate different ideas and concepts that can improve the
business. Therefore, the rules and regulations in the enterprise must be a basis in our business goals,
missions, and vision through consistency and good serviceability, but with the help of BIR, only then the
business can make these regulations legal to our workplace and service.
Proponent:

For the operating and support team, this must include all the endorsers, sponsors, and advertisers. It
comprises the companies who invested in the business, such as banks like BDO or BPI that the
enterprise loaned from in the first place, of whom can make the main product possible. The enterprise's
production work and work team must be utilized accordingly in a process from our top management
which includes all the sets of rules and regulations to be run legally. It also involves those who can work
for the implementation of the business and can operate the establishment. Some proponents will
represent the advertisers of the venture by their high sales-talk skills to promote our purified drinking
water refilling station to attract customers.
