SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended, filed by petitioner-mortgagee
XYZ Lending Corporation through its President Emilio Aguinaldo, against mortgagor spouses Rosendo
C. So and Marta C. So of Brgy. Balisong Taal Batangas, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness to the
said petitioner-mortgagee which as December 01, 2018 amounts to TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED
FOURTY PESOS (Php 2,240,000.00), Philippine currency, inclusive of interests, penalty charges, and
fees incident to this foreclosure, secured by a Real Estate Mortgage Contract, Ex-Officio Provincial
Sheriff of the Regional Trial Court, Batangas City, thru the undersigned Sheriff IV, will sell at public
auction on March 14, 2019 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning in front of the Bulwagan ng Katarungan,
Batangas City, Batangas, to the highest bidder for CASH and in the Philippine Currency, the following
real property together with all the improvements thereon, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 053-2018003235

“A PARCEL OF LAND situated in the Barangay Balisong, Taal, Batangas, Province of Batangas.
Bounded on the E., along Line 1-2 by Zigomar St., on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot no. 6541, Cid Estate, on the
W., along line 3-4 by irrigation canal and Lot no. 7894 and on the N., along line 4-1 by Lot no. 4562 both of the
Cid Estate beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N 21 deg. 58’E, 457,000 m. from no. 22 Cid Estate;
thence S. 9 deg. 40’E, 23. 9 m. to the point 2; S. 78 deg 57’W., 26.1 m. to point 3; containing an area of (1,000)
square meters.”

Prospective buyers or bidders may investigate for themselves the title to the property above-
described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.

All SEALED BIDS must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event that the auction should not take place on the above-mentioned date, it shall be
held on the next working day thereafter at the same time and place without the need of another
posting and publication.
