    Paymaya has a better website for information overall as it has well-organized infographic
    designs and has a small window for the customer support chat. As for GCash’s website, it is
    plain, simple, short, and concise in terms of providing the app’s use.

    Their audience are for everyone who wants to use an online wallet and to pay bills easily
    without lining up at the bank.

    3. Effectiveness of the message

    Paymaya – 9/10
    GCash – 7.7/10

    In my opinion, I prefer Paymaya’s presentation on how they advertise their app’s use. I
    especially love their customer support chat as this gives the audience the ability to ask for more
    info.

    4. Recommendation/s

    I recommend GCash’s website to display more information and give the website a better design
    to catch the audience’s eye.
