-All conference pass sales are final and non-refundable.

- Tech in Asia will issue a “Tax Invoice” only if there is a request in 3 (three) business days from the date payment is made. We will not issue a
tax invoice when the grace period elapses

- By submitting any personal information when you purchase a Ticket or when registering for the Conference, you agree that Tech in Asia may
collect and use your personal information, including the transfer of this information to other countries outsides of the country of origin of the
personal information, processing, sending further updates and information through your personal devices by Tech in Asia, its Affiliates, and
Sponsors—including offering of products/services.
