Pala dynsety ruled Bengal & bihar for about four countries from the middle of the 8 th century
A.D. founded by Gopala,the rule of the dynasty underment varioud vicissitudes and lasted
for eighteen generation of kings.

3.SUFIISM IN BANGLADESH

Sufiism in Bangladesh is more or less similar to that in the whole indian subcontinent.sufi
saints flourished in Hindustan preaching the mystic teachings of a sufiism that easily reached
the common people, especially the spiritual truth seekers in india. That is why large majority
of Bangladeshi muslims perceive Sufis as source of their spiritual wisdom and guidance and
their knasghas and darghas as nerve centre of muslim society.

4.1. mohammad bin bakhtiyar khilji (1204-1206)

Ikhtiyar Uddin mohaammad bin bakhtiyar khilji also knows as Malik ghazi Ikhtiyaru I-Din Mohammad
Bakhtiyar Khilji, a member of the muslim .Turkic Khilji or as it is known in iran and afganisthan as
khalaj tribe, who was head of the crimes that conquered much of northeastern india.
