Course Description:
This course aims to provide students with the Special topics in quality management about new
theories and practices in quality. It help participants understand total quality concept and
techniques for managing, controlling, and improving quality. This course exposes participants to
contemporary knowledge and techniques of TQM. The course gives, also, student the
opportunity to discuss management applications in specific context in all organizations. This
would in turn enable the participant to articulate and implement quality improvement processes
in the workplace, in line with the philosophy of Total Quality Management
