get up at 6 a.m. I do the house cleaning, I do my personal
hygiene and I take my class at 8 am when it ends, I study for
a while, I have lunch, I study for another time and then I go
to train basketball and return for my class at 6 pm and when
it ends, I have dinner, I study for a while and I go to sleep.

good shape, with squares, but due to the pandemic I stopped
training for a while and eating badly and gained a bit of
