Be on time. How ● The link for the Worksheet Google Form will be provided in the meeting. ● No post in Google Classroom will be made. ● The test must be done in 55 minutes after which the form will be closed. A. Make sure your device (laptop, computer, tablet or Rules phone) is ready for the assessment. B. Pick a quiet and well-lighted area to do your assessment. C. Use your Tzu Chi Primary School account or email address to access the assessment link. D. You are encouraged to turn on your camera and microphone for the whole test duration. You are expected to remain in the live Google Meet as you answer the test. E. The test must be done within the specified time. F. If internet is frequently unstable, please prepare a backup connection using the mobile data or hotspot. G. Please inform the subject teacher if unforeseen difficulties are encountered during the test. Ask questions verbally or through chatbox in the live Google Meet. Excessive and irrelevant messages in the chatbox or verbal comments will be reprimanded. H. Assistance except from the subject teacher is strictly prohibited. Attempts related to academic dishonesty may lead to deduction of scores to ultimately receiving zero for the assessment. I. Please note that you will be given a warning if: a. You turned off your camera or mic willfully without notice. b. There is an attempt to seek help from adults or peers. c. You left the Google Meeting before you are dismissed by your teacher.
