PREFACE
First and foremost, we thank to Allah, SWT for blessing and supporting as well as
giving us inspiration to compose this learning material. English Conversation Handbook is a
learning material which is intended to assist English learners especially teenagers to learn to
speak English as well.. This learning material is designed due to the needs of learning English
for communication in general which applies various approaches covering the various materials
of the four basic language skills ; listening, speaking, reading and writing and also language
components; vocabulary and grammar. The materials are served in a simply way that can be
used both by the teachers and students easily.

Since there is a great deal of material presented in this learning material, the teachers will
need to be selective in deciding which explanations and exercises should be covered and which
ones to be omitted. It is not expected that the teachers assign all exercises in any given lesson.
Instead the teachers should work through the book at a fairly accelerated pace in order to expose
the students to as mush English as possible within the time limits of their learning for certain
level.

We realize that this learning material is far from being perfect. We would be very
obliged to accept any comments or critics from the users for the progress of this material in
future. Hopefully, this learning material will be useful and reaches its functions in supporting the
students to posses better English language mastery.
