TUBES
What is it?
Contrarily to the square-section tubes, it is possible to use the whole tube circumference (360°). This way,
you can position the joints in order to precisely answer to your needs.
Moreover, the efforts are distributed around the whole circumference. Lighter than a full tube, the tube is
simple and easy to use.
What is it used for?

It is used in the creation of modular equipment.
It enables the simple and quick adaptation of structures:

General technical characteristics

Steel
Steel tubes have a galvanized interior / exterior preventing the formation of any corrosion.
Tubes are resistant to impacts, deforming and aging. They can withstand heavy loads.
All of our steel tube is also available in ESD (electrostatic protection). The thermoplastic coating gives a
better grip to structure and connection joints.
Carbon
Carbon tubes are light (lighter than aluminum) and strong.
They withstand a wide range of temperatures and corrosion.
Aluminum
Aluminum tubes are light and sustainable. They withstand corrosion.
Stainless steel
These tubes are made of stainless steel in order to resist to corrosion.Ideal for a use in damp / wet
environments, they don’t form any non gripping oxides which could go into the environment.Stainless
steel is used in the food industry for its cleanliness properties.
Plastic
Plastic tubes are very light. They don’t contain any metal and don’t corrode.
Plastic tubes are not opaque, they offer the possibility to insert LED light bulbs. They resist medium loads.

STRUCTURE JOINTS
What is it?
In order to facilitate assembly, joints are composed of 2 parts and are positioned on the desired place of
the tube with the help of 1 to 2 nuts & bolts.
Our wide range of products gives a large modularity and mounting flexibility.

Joints are necessary to assemble tubes between them and create a structure.
Thanks to the modularity of tubular material, the unit can be adapted to its environment.

Our joints are made of black galvanized steel, which makes them corrosion resistant.
With a 2.5 mm thickness, and with a large contact surface with the tube, they guarantee a good durability
to vibrations, load and impacts.
They withstand heavy loads without deformations.
All of our structure joints are available in ESD (electrostatic protection). A stopper inside the joints facilitates
the positioning of the tubes.

TUBE PROTECTIONS
What is it?
Easy to put in place, the protections can be dismounted. They are positioned on a tube or at its ends.

Protections are used to protect tubes, parts and users.
The caps also improve the esthetics of the unit.

Protections are made of foam, plastic or rubber, which absorb impacts.

USE:
Ideal in the case of a tubular structure without wheels and not fixed in the ground, the
cap is installed at the end of the tube to protect it while maintaining a good grip to the
ground.

BOARD SUPPORTS
What is it?
The board supports can be clipped on the tubes. They can be removed.

The board supports enable you to fix a work surface, plates or boards on the tubes without drilling through
them. This does not affect the mechanical properties of the tube.

Board supports are in black plastic. Since they can be clipped on tubes, they don’t need screws to be fixed.

USE:
Ideal for installing a work surface on a tubular structure, it compensates the height

the GM-17 connector.

USE:

What is it?
Label holders are clipped on the tube. They can be removed.

Label holders enable you to give information on the tubes.
Labels are removable without having to dismount the label holder.

What is it?
Rollertracks use gravity to bring closest to the user.
A rollertrack is a U shaped tube, in which the rollers are riveted.

Rollertracks enable you to create a dynamic frontal feeding. The rollertrack modularity will ensure an
ergonomic feeding for the operator.
They also help logistics feeding (return of empty boxes) and FIFO (First In First Out).

Our rollertracks are available in ESD (electrostatic protection).
They withstand heavy loads.
The rollertrack structure is made of steel and the rollers are made of plastic.
Thanks to the use of rollers, the movement of the parts is not blocked. The proximity of the rollers enables

What is it?
The guide is a lateral barrier for the rails.

They maintain the rollertracks in position.
Connection joints will answer to your needs thanks to a wide range of joints, positionable anywhere on

Connection joints are metallic parts made of 2 mm thick white galvanized steel.
A unique threaded pin is necessary to fix the joint. The rollertrack / tube / guide is simply inserted in the

What is it?
The monorail and its accessories use gravity to move hanging parts to bring them as close as possible to
the hands of the operators.

Reinforced bases are metallic parts connecting a vertical tube and 2 square section tubes at their bases.

Reinforced bases strengthen the tubular structure and can withstand a very heavy load (up to 300kg /

The tools offered are the just necessary to assemble tubular structures.The easiness of tubular structures
assembly limits the number of necessary tools.

Having the necessary material means being autonomous in the construction of all tubular structures.
On the shop floor, cutting tubes and rollertracks is possible thanks to saws:
• The fixed bandsaw BS-01 has better stability. Leveled for man use, it doesn’t require the creation of a
work surface to put it down.
• The mobile bandsaw BS-02 enables you to quickly adjust the length of your rollertracks and tubes by
transporting it closest to the assembly area.
Wrenches are necessary to assemble the tubes, rollertracks and joints (Allen wrench, flat wrench).
Finally, the deburring tool secures your tubes.
