RESOLUTION NO.1 SERIES OF 2021

A RESOLUTION HIGHLY REQUESTING THE GOOD OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR

EDGRADO M. ARANCILLO FOR THE MATERIALS ASSITANCE FOR THE PROJECT OF I
LOVE CUBI AT BARANGAY CUBI, DUMARAO CAPIZ.

WHEREAS, the youth of Barangay cubi, Dumarao, Capiz comprising of more or less than 100 households;

WHEREAS, waiting shed is a small structure built mostly alongside roads that serves as a place for people
waiting for a ride;

WHEREAS, it is very important to have a waiting shed on SitioNabatukan, Barangay Aglanot for commuters
waiting for jeepneys, buses, motorcycles, or any public vehicles;

WHERAS, it is primary function is obviously to provide a place for passenger to wait for public transportation
and served as a shed house of our local farmers for their agricultural products while waiting for the
transportation to transfer/transport their products to the market;

WHEREAS, the said repair of waiting shed of the above mentioned barangay is proposed by Punong Barangay
Norlie D. Lagos as essential and the realization of this proposed reapir is for the use of our constituents
especially for our community;

WHEREAS, the repair of the above mentioned barangay was not implemented by due to insufficient funds of
the barangay and appeal for support from Honorable Mayor Edgardo M. Arancillo;

WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation and upon on motion of PunongBarangay Norlie D. Lagos duly
seconded by all the members present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, HIGHLY REQUESTING THE GOOD OFFICE OF THE

MUNICIPAL MAYOR EDGRADO M. ARANCILLO FOR THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
 FOR THE REPAIR OF ONE (1) UNIT WAITING SHED AT SITIO NABATUKAN, BARANGAY
AGLANOT, DUMARAO CAPIZ.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution attached the actual pictures taken from the barangay sitios
to be maintenance be furnished to the good office of the Municipal Mayor Edgardo M. Arancillo for their
information and favorable action.
