The Taj Inner Circle is the frequent guest programme of Taj Hotels Resorts and
Palaces Taj Inner Circle is the perfect programme for the frequent visitor. In order to
attract the customer loyalty form it's frequent customers it offers wide umbrella of
benefits by offering reward points which can be redeemed at any hotel across the
globe.

Besides a bouquet of benefits, as a member one earns points when they stop by for
a meal at one of the restaurants of participating Taj Hotels in India and abroad.
Customers earn points on eligible spending on room, food and beverage, laundry,
telephone and business centre. They also earn points on their spending at the Taj
Khazana boutiques located in select Taj Hotels in India. Points can be redeemed for
room nights, memorable meals, gift certificates redeemable at Taj Khazana, Taj
Salon, Jiva Spa, and gifts from a hand-picked selection.

Point earning
The Taj inner Circle has three membership tiers - Blue, Silver and Gold. The higher your tier,
the more benefits you enjoy. Anyone above the age of 18 years can join the programme as a
Blue member.

Tier Upgrade: INR 25,000 of eligible spends (net of taxes, on room, food and beverage,
laundry, telecommunication, business centre and Taj Khazana) in a continuous 60-day
period, will take the customer to Silver. While, INR 200,000 of eligible spends in 12 months
will upgrade you to the Gold tier.

To retain the Silver tier, customer will require 1000 points earned in a 24-month period; for
Gold - 1000 points over a 12-month period.

Earning Points is Easy

When the customer presents the membership card, while settling the bill at the Taj,
the points will automatically get credited to the membership account.

A Blue or a Silver member earns 1 Taj InnerCircle Point for every INR 100 spent,
before taxes, on room, food and beverage, laundry, telecommunication, business
centre and Taj Khazana at participating hotels.
A Gold member will earn at a higher rate for the same spend - 1 Taj InnerCircle
Point per every INR 80 of eligible spend.

And if you hold one of the add-on dining plans of the Taj Inner Circle, you will enjoy
incremental earnings on all your food and beverage spends; you will earn back up to
25% of your eligible bill value!

You can also earn 15% extra points by staying in one of our Green Rooms at select
hotels. To request a Green Room, simply enter ‘Green Room Preferred’ in the
‘Special Request’ field during the online reservations process.

Membership Benefits
Besides earning points on all eligible transactions, as a Taj Inner Circle member
customers check-in and departure formalities will be easier, faster and more flexible.
Customers will be privy to a series of member-special offers which will help
customers enjoy greater value from customers transactions at the Taj. To enjoy
your membership benefits we request you to quote your Taj Inner Circle
membership number when making reservations and present the card at check-in
and while settling your bills.

When you reach Silver level, you will enjoy the following benefits at participating
hotels.

 10% off on all Taj Holidays offers when you make your reservations directly
with us, at the hotels or at Taj Reservations Worldwide.
 10% off on the Best Available Rate (BAR) Plan for Silver and Gold level
members at all participating hotels where BAR Plan is available.
 30% off on rack rate at the Taj Club Room and Suites
 Double occupancy benefits for spouse at no extra charge at hotels in India
(except for the Taj Safaris Lodges) on bookings on rack, BAR or negotiated
corporate rates
 You will be greeted with flowers and fruits in the room
 Enjoy access to Health Club and complimentary steam bath or sauna when
you stay with us
 10% off on telephone and fax usage
 15% off on laundry services
 20% off on Business Centre services
 20% off on all treatments at Jiva Spas in India, subject to presenting your
membership card

When you reach Gold, additionally, you will enjoy:

 A 5% off on rack rate when you charter a Taj Air aircraft (Falcon 2000 &
Falcon 2000EX EASy, Avanti P.180); fly 20 hours or more and enjoy 10% off
the rack rate.
  A non-alcoholic welcome drink on arrival at the hotel
 Your preferred daily newspapers, when you stay at our metro hotels

chosen lifestyle products from our special selection, displayed here. Redeem your
points for gift certificates that come in various denominations, valid for 6 months;
use them to settle your bills at Jiva Spa, Taj Salon and Taj Khazana stores.
Exchanging your points is as easy as selecting the reward of your choice and placing
your redemption request on-line. Please note, at present we cannot ship
merchandise outside of India.
