Statement of Research/Academic/Professional Objectives

My life experiences have taught me to be a very intentional and deliberate person. I am very
thoughtful of my soft skills and I employ these with the knowledge I have gained from working
with different types of individuals in professional spaces. I consider myself to be open-minded
and eager to work on new projects that come from a variety of disciplines. The transition of my
living situation from rural to city has brought me opportunities and new experiences. My love
of learning comes from my fascination of technologies and the nuances between them, which
ultimately bleeds into other parts of my life. This includes learning about new cultures, new
forms of music, and emerging media.

I plan to use the knowledge from this class and employ it when working in my career.

I will use the knowledge from this class to understand the nuances between different media
platforms and this will help to further my professional career through the use of these
platforms.
