Comes Now the undersigned respondent and to this Honorable Office respectfully

states:

That I received the Order from the Honorable office directed to file our respective

verified position paper on December 4, 2017.

That today is the last day for filing the position paper.

That due to the pressure and volume of my office work as one of the employee of

W.L. FOODS PRODUCT, the undersigned respondent cannot submit the said position

paper on time together with the required documentary evidence and the affidavit of my

witness.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the Honorable Office to grant

the undersigned respondent TEN (10) DAYS from December 14, 2017 up to December

24, 2017 within which to file my position paper.
