AFFIDAVIT OF LOW INCOME

I, CHANYEOL PARK, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Davao City,
Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with the law depose and say.

That I am the Transferee of a certain residential lot described as PCS-OOO611 LOT NO.
19, BLOCK 104 (F-3) with an area of SIXTY NIEN (69) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
located at New Matina Sites Services Phase 11, Davao City.

That I am earning low monthly income in the amount of Php 12,000.00 Pesos.

That this affidavit is executed in order to appraise the government authorities concerned
and for whatever legal purposes it may serve best.
