This meme is about placement assessment. The boy is excited to go back to


school after his 3 years of stopping. Then the other kid tell him that he will need to take
a placement assessment. Because in order to identify which academic level he is
match, he first need to take a placement assessment. Placement assessments are used
to “place” students into a course, course level, or academic program.
This meme is about formative assessment. The man in the meme represents the
students. The butterfly in the meme represents the formative assessment. The students
after the lesson is ready to take a formative assessment for the teacher to determine if
the students understand the lesson. It is a form of feedback. Formative assessments
are usually not scored or graded, and they may take a variety of forms, from more
formal quizzes and assignments to informal questioning techniques and in-class
discussions with students.
This meme is about diagnostic assessment. In the meme, as you can see, woody
as me who can’t understand the lesson who obviously looks confuse is being taught by
buzz as the teacher who is patiently teaching the student for him to understand the
lesson which the student find hard to comprehend. Diagnostic assessment intended to
identify learning difficulties during instruction.
This meme is about summative assessment. In this meme, squidward is resting
because the semester is almost done and when he realize that it means summative
assessment is coming, then he open his eyes wide because he forgot to study for the
summative assessment. The goal of summative assessment is to evaluate student
learning at the end of an instructional unit.
