Tub and tile refresh

I wanted to improve the look of my 33 year old tub

and tile and sink without spending a lot of money.
This product worked great for me. It has totally
changed the look of my old bathroom and I enjoy
taking baths again. I do warn future customers that
this product applies very thin, not like paint, and so
it can drip. It also has a extremely strong odor that
even with windows open and fans going it either has
too be applied very fast or you need to take
frequent breaks or you could be knocked out by the
fumes. It has been a week and a half since
application and the smell has gone away. Looks
great so far...

I ended up needing 4 coats to cover a yellow tile

shower. The yellow wasn't even that bright. The
second coat was insanely sticky and left tons of
bubbles. I did a lot of research before tackling this

Definitely recommend!

This came out better then expected! I'd recommend

buying several extra foam rollers as it seems any brand
you get starts to fall apart.

works great when on with 1 coat and with the 2 even

better dry in 1 hour at first I thought it didn't work cause it
was so thin but when I changed rollers it worked really
good !

before. Be sure you prep surface good before painting.
Open windows, circulate air, and buy a good mask to filter
the air you breathe while working. Even with the mask,
take some breaks away from the jobsite frequently. The

New Tub Simple!

Did my entire tub in one half day. East and looked

immaculate when done. It helped me sell my home and
transformed tub into a piece of art. Easy to use if you take
your time and follow instructions.

There are better options

I've done three tubs with this product. One lasted about
two years before it flaked off and the other two lasted
less than a year. We did everything right, but still had to
reapply. We have gone with the Bathworks product since.
It's thicker to go on and smoother - it doesn't have the
"rolled on" look of the Rustoleum,

The yellow wasn't even that bright. The second coat was
insanely sticky and left tons of bubbles. I did a lot of
research before tackling this project and it was not a great
experience. So for it is holding up but we don't use this

It was more challenging than anticipated!

I've painted a lot! First coat is really thin so it didn't cover

very well. Nothing told me that was typical. It claims to be
self-leveling, so don't worry about brush marks, but in
subsequent coats, roller marks show up. It's better to have
several roller covers available, because the paint thickens
over time, and a used roller
