Amtrak Express + Hence two taxi fares = $178 * 4 + $480
= $1192
Individual cars + Parking = ($167 + $25) * 4
= $768
Car pooling in two cars + Parking = ($167 + $25) * 2
= $384
Airplane + Two taxi fares = $138 * 4 + $40 * 2
= $632
Part(2) Solution:
Savings from car pooling = $1140 - $384
= $756
Savings from taking the Limo Liner = $1140 - $632
= $508
Part(3) Solution:
