1.0 INTRODUCTION
All registered submitted papers will be blind peer reviewed. Based on review report
selected accepted registered full papers will be published in SCOPUS Index Journal. Please
write your paper in good English (British English will be used for consistency). Paper be
written concept base, theoretical, experimental and empirical. The length of the full paper
should preferably be between 6 to 12 printed pages. The full paper should be on A4 paper
size. Manuscripts should follow the Publication Manual of the American Psychological
Association (APA Sixth Edition).
The full article needs to be 1.15 spacing. The font size should be Times New
Roman, 12 pt. Ensure that each new paragraph is clearly indicated. All sentences are to be
justified.

2.0 MATERIALS AND METHODS


Heading has the following characteristics: Bold face, Uppercase Heading. Leave
1.15 spacing before beginning a new head. Divide your Full Paper into clearly defined
sections. Each heading should appear on its own separate line. The title of each section or
subsection should be bold.

2.1 Sub-Heading 1
Sub-heading 1 has the following characteristics: Flush Left, Bold face,
Capitalize Each Word.

3.0 TABLES AND GRAPHS


Research objectives must be clear and specific.
4.0 RESULTS
The tables should be numbered with the putting of titles or caption. Below is an
example of a table. Begin the numbering from 1

5.0 DISCUSSION
A discussion section must explain the results and research objectives.
6.0 ACKNOWLEGDEMENT (Optional)
A short conclusion section is to be presentedandshould summarize specific outcomes
ofthe research.

REFERENCES
 References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order, 1.5 spacing and
they should include only works referred to the text. These should be cited in the following
way:

(a) For Periodicals–Surname and initial or the author(s), year of publication, title, name of the
Journal, volume, number with pagination.

(b) For Books – Surname and initial of the author(s), year of publications, title, edition, place
of publication, name of publisher.  

The following are the concrete example of citing references in respect of books, edited
volumes and periodicals:  

(a) Articles in Journals:
