THE GAME 

 
MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 
 
 
Overview 
This private contract is provided as a binding non-disclosure agreement, which defines in specific terms, 
the relationship and interaction between the two participants. This contract defines the personal 
relationship structure of the parties and is binding only by the integrity of the parties. This contract in no 
way supersedes the Laws of the United States or any other national country. This agreement is entered 
into voluntarily, both parties being fully informed, consensually, without coercion, or undue influence, 
with both parties agreeing to the conditions and stipulations set out herein. Upon reading the 
non-disclosure agreement, both parties will sign their names and state contact information, legalizing the 
aforementioned contract.  
 
This non-disclosure agreement contains the allotted requirements and instructions conducted during 
“The Game”. This may also be commonly referred to as the; Scene, Roleplay, BDSM Play, etc. The two 
contract signers designate themselves with the appropriate roles “Submissive” and “Dominate”. Other 
terms and naming conjectures may be used if listed differently upon both parties agreement signing of 
this private contract. The following are the terms of a binding contract between the Dominant and the 
Submissive. 
 
 
OUTLINE ​(a.) 
 
1. The Dominant requests to preform both the sexual and non-sexual activities of the 
Submissive. The Dominant will adhere to the duties and responsibilities of the 
Submissive in basic practicality. Servive will be performed through personal favours and 
private duties of The Game. 
 
2. The Submissive requests to adhere to the activities requested by the Dominate. The 
Submissive accepts the Dominant as the designated leader, with the understanding that 
she is now the property of the Dominant within the timeline designated by the contract, 
to be dealt with as the Dominant pleases during the term generally but specifically 
during the allotted times and any additional agreed allotted times.  
 
3. Both parties understand the importance of the well-being and health of the other. Under 
no circumstance shall either party take advantage of the other when the given safe-words 
or ceasing agreements are called upon. Both parties agree that despite the method of The 
Game, the parties’ health are of utmost importance. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 FUNDAMENTALS ​(b.) 
 
  1. The purpose of this contract is to allow both the Dominant and the Submissive to explore their 
passions and sexuality. While both understand the nature of the activity, both will conduct themselves 
with utmost professionalism and respect. 
 
2. The Dominant and the Submissive agree and acknowledge that all that occurs under the terms of 
this contract will be consensual, confidential, and subject to the agreed limits and safety procedures set 
out in this contract. Additional limits and safety procedures may be agreed the bottom of the agreement 
outlining preferences. Both parties shall safeguard this relationship. Both parties that under no 
circumstance, that the details of this relationship will be made public. All contacts shared between both 
parties will never be made aware of this agreement. If mentioned under private discussion, the party may 
not reveal the names of the other, nor reveal detailstold to one another in confidence. Only when given 
written or text approval may this change.   
 
3. The Dominant and the Submissive recognize that this relationship is unique to them and is a 
secondary relationship to any other relationship the parties have. They agree that emotional monogamy 
is not required in this relationship. There will be no additional partners brought into the relationship 
stated within this non-disclosure agreement. The Submissive will be the Dominant’s only sub; The 
Dominant shall be the Submissive’s only Dom. Outside the agreed upon times of The Game, these 
factours are not binding. Only when being conducted do they apply.  
 
4. The Dominant shall not take on the position of a Submissive, nor shall the Submissive be taken in 
as a Dominant, without the approval of the other party at any given time. The submissive may preform 
acts of dominance during activities, however under no condition shall the submissive fully take control of 
the activity's overlying decisions. 
 
5. The Dominant and the Submissive each warrant that they suffer from no sexual, serious, 
infectious, or life-threatening illnesses, including but not limited to HIV, herpes, and hepatitis. If during 
the activity, or any extended term of this contract either party should be diagnosed with or become aware 
of any such illness, he or she undertakes to inform the other immediately and in any event prior to any 
form of physical contact between the parties. 
 
6. Adherence to the above warranties, agreements, and undertakings are fundamental to this 
contract. Any breach shall render it void with immediate effect and each party agrees to be fully 
responsible to the other for the consequence of any breach. 
 
7. Everything in this contract must be read and interpreted in the light of the fundamental purpose 
and the fundamental terms set out in the points made above. 
 
 
TERM DATE ​(c.) 
 
This private contract is agreed to be conducted under an agreed allotted time. Only within the states 
agreed upon can these activities be conducted. In both person and at a distance, this rules apply. The 
Dominate and the Submissive will uphold this relationship 24/7, unless corrected upon signing.  
 
THE DOMINANT ​(d.) 
 
1. The Dominant shall make the submissive’s health and safety a priority at all times. The 
Dominant shall not at any time require, request, allow, or demand the submissive to participate at the 
hands of the Dominant in the activities detailed below or in any act that either party deems to be unsafe. 
The Dominant will not undertake or permit to be undertaken any action which could cause serious injury 
or any risk to the submissive’s life. 
 
2. The Dominant accepts the submissive as his, to own, control, dominate, and discipline during the 
Term. The Dominant may use the submissive’s body at any time or in any manner he deems fit, sexually 
or otherwise. 
 
3. The Dominant shall provide the submissive with all necessary training and guidance in how to 
properly serve the Dominant before the activity is conducted. 
 
4. The Dominant shall maintain a stable and safe environment in which the submissive may 
perform her duties in service of the Dominant. 
 
5. The Dominant may discipline the submissive as necessary to ensure the submissive fully 
appreciates her role of subservience to the Dominant and to discourage unacceptable conduct. The 
Dominant may flog or spank the submissive as he sees fit, for purposes of discipline, for his own personal 
enjoyment, or for any other reason, which he is not obliged to provide. 
 
6. In training and in the administration of discipline the Dominant shall ensure that no permanent 
marks are made upon the submissive’s body nor any injuries incurred that may require medical 
attention. 
 
7. In training and in the administration of discipline the Dominant shall ensure that the discipline 
and the instruments used for the purposes of discipline are safe, shall not be used in such way as to cause 
serious harm, and shall not in any way exceed the limits defined and detailed in this contract. 
 
8. The Dominant shall never punish the submissive in anger. 
 
9. In case of illness or injury the Dominant shall care for the submissive, seeing to her health and 
safety, encouraging and, when necessary, ordering medical attention when it is judged necessary by the 
Dominant. 
 
10. The Dominant shall maintain his own good health and seek medical attention when necessary 
in order to maintain a risk-free environment. 
 
  11. The Dominant shall not give his submissive to another Master or Dominant. The Dominant may 
direct the submissive to serve another Master or Dominant within the limits of The Game. 
 
12. The Dominant may restrain, handcuff, or bind the submissive at any time for any reason and 
for extended periods of time, giving due regard to the health and safety of the submissive. 
 
13. The Dominant will ensure that all equipment used for the purposes of training and discipline 
shall be maintained in a clean, hygienic, and safe state at all times. 
 
THE SUBMISSIVE ​(e.) 
 
1. The submissive accepts the Dominant as her Master, with the understanding that she is now the 
property of the Dominant, to be dealt with as the Dominant pleases during the Term. 
 
2. The submissive shall obey the rules designated within this agreement of The Game. The 
Dominant shall also follow the guidelines to this agreement as they apply to Him. 
 
 3. The submissive shall serve the Dominant in any way the Dominant sees fit and shall endeavor to 
please the Dominant at all times to the best of her ability. The submissive will utilize anticipatory 
service in her service to The Dominant. The submissive may conducts of retaliation as deemed 
fitting upon the game to encourage play. 
 
4. The submissive shall take all measures necessary to maintain her good health and shall request 
or seek medical attention whenever it is needed, keeping the Dominant informed at all times of 
any health issues that may arise. This includes mental health as well as physical health. 
 
5. The submissive shall accept without question any and all disciplinary actions deemed necessary 
by the Dominant and remember her status and role in regard to the Dominant at all times. 
 
6. The Dominant may, at times, direct the submissive not to touch or pleasure herself sexually 
without permission from the Dominant. 
 
7. The submissive shall submit to any sexual activity demanded by the Dominant and shall do so 
without hesitation or argument. 
 
8. The submissive shall accept floggings, spankings, paddlings, or any other discipline the 
Dominant should decide to administer, without hesitation, inquiry, or complaint. 
 
9. The submissive shall always conduct herself in a respectful manner to the Dominant. The 
Dominant will direct the submissive how she shall address Him, including Sir, Mr., , or such 
other title as the Dominant may direct, depending upon the environment and social situation.  
 
SAFE WORDS ​(f.) 
 
1. The Dominant and the submissive recognize that the Dominant may make demands of the 
submissive that cannot be met without incurring physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or other 
harm at the time the demands are made to the submissive.Other such demands that may be 
fitting to the Dominant may not be equally as acceptive to the submissive.  
 
2. In such circumstances related to this, the submissive may make use of a safeword.Two 
safewords will be invoked depending on the severity of the demands. 
 
a. Full Stop: immediate suspension of all activities and assess concerns. 
b. Short Stop: advise caution upon proceeding. 
 
3. These safewords are established to ensure proper precautions are had during The Game’s 
activities. Whilst the submissive may decline to use the terms, they must still be established as 
safety registration to prevent fault to the Dominant if injuries become present. 
 
 
 
 
 
Disclaimer 
 
This non-disclosure agreement is not a legally binding agreement. It is an agreement made between both parties to guarantee that 
despite the conducting of sexual and non-sexual play, both members understand the official laws of the country this activity is 
conducted within. Rules of the agreement do not trump national and federal laws and regulations.
