Contract Agreement
This agreement for event planning services is hereby entered into by and
between the following parties:

It is hereby agreed to and understood that ROSH PRODUCTION, in
exchange for remuneration as set forth in all paragraphs of this agreement;
ROSH PRODUCTION will provide the following services.
Total event planning fee agreed upon is Php55,000.00 A non-refundable
reservation fee/ down payment of Php30,000.00 is required to secure ROSH
PRODUCTION for the event. The amount must not be lower than the 25% of the
event planning fee. This amount shall be subtracted from the event planning fee.
The remaining balance must be paid full before the start of the event. Any
payment received less than 2 weeks before the event must be by cash. Checks
are not accepted as a form of payment.
If in case injuries or damages occur during the event, resulting from
insufficient protection on client’s part (except in the case of gross negligence on
the part the event team), client will have the full responsibility in paying for all of
CJoP LINE resulting costs.
I John Wesley D. Madayag, hereby acknowledge the contract between
ROSH PRODUCTION. I voluntarily obligate myself to pay the event fees on time
and in case I did neglected to pay the right amount, ROSH PRODUCTION can
sue and file a case against me.
This agreement cannot be cancelled. Oral agreements are non-binding.
Any changes must be signed by both the client and ROSH PRODUCTION.
