Getting the Most out of Your
Interactive Digital Documents

To Read the Digital Version

To turn pages… and begin perusing your issue, click on the bottom right corner of each page
OR click on the right and left arrows on the top navigation bar or beyond the page margins.

To enlarge the screen… just click your mouse anywhere on the page. The screen will
automatically go into ZOOM mode for easier reading. Drag your mouse up or down the page to read.
To exit Zoom mode, just click your cursor again.

FULL Screen view… click the Enter Full Screen Mode to expand your view to a full screen.
To exit, use the ESC button on your keyboard.

Note: The cursor should always appear as a magnifying glass. Should the magnifying glass
disappear, just wait a few moments for it to return before continuing to navigate the issue.

Special Features
To search the publication… type the key word[s] into the Search field
and click the Search button on the top right of the menu bar. Your search results will appear.
If there is a specific page that you wish to view, just click on that one and you will immediately
jump to that page.

To preview all pages of the document… click on the Table of Contents icon at the top
left of the menu bar. You can jump directly to any page of the publication by clicking on the thumbnail
version. Click again to return to the full-sized document.

Linking to related content… you’ll find many active links contained in each program. When
you slide your cursor over these links, the text will fade in and out. Go directly to the website, resource,
or article simply by clicking on the highlighted link in the text. A new window will open; review the
information; close that window and you will return to your program.

Icons Used in the Program

Audio Icon… Audio messages are denoted by or . Click to activate. A small window will
open with InstantAudioPlayer controls, but the audio will autoplay. When you’re done listening,
close the Player.

Video Icon… Video messages are denoted by or . Click to activate.

Exercise Icon… Exercises are denoted by . They are followed by a

link to your myAWAI page.
