The scope of the two projects includes the execution of the hydrocracker and

Bridges pre-commissioning and providing support during commissioning of the
units. The hydrocracker unit consists in two parallel trains with a total capacity
of 54.5 kbpd and a 99.5% conversion ratio. The diesel hydrotreater plant
includes two independent trains designed with 87.5 kbpd capacity per train. This
hydrocracker will be one of the largest in the world and the second largest in
Saudi Arabia.

is a very important project for 7seven construction & contracting
with Seportch. This is the first contact in the Middle East where
water scarcity and conservation are paramount. Seprotech represent a
major hurdle to economic growth”

Job Responsibilities
 Understand the requirements of client in order to carry out all safety activities.
 Inspect the worksite daily to report and correct unsafe methods and conditions.
 Conduct daily and weekly safety toolbox meetings.
 Giving safety orientation to employees as per plant requirement, as authorized by plant
safety committee.
 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly safety reports and forward to the concerned loss
prevention department for review and necessary action.
 Keep the record of every weekly safety meeting on site complete with subject discussed
and list of attendees.
 Address the daily observations/infractions in the meetings to alert the participants
about poetically dangerous situations.
 Coordinate for emergency procedures, drills etc.
 Conduct safety audit on specific requirements as directed by loss prevention
department.
 Set personal example and educate the employees in proper wearing of appropriate
personal protective equipment.
 Check that the equipment and tools are maintained in good operating condition.
 Assist in scaffolding inspection, work permit requirement, housekeeping etc.
 Attend associated meetings with concerned department.
 Field safety representation, safety coverage duty.
 Giving safety suggestion and recommendation to plant safety committee.
 Project supervision, Inspection of personal safety gear at Site. Inspection of Fire
extinguisher and fire blankets,
 Identify unsafe conditions and initiate corrective action directly to Supervisors/Foreman
to eliminate hazards.
 Ensure the work is going as per the Safety Rules in construction of different Areas
including lay out of Pipeline and inform Project Manager if any accident with potential
injury consequent.
 Conduct weekly safety walkthrough at the Site and note down the findings to be done.
 Monitor all construction / test & commissioning activities for safety measures.
 To create awareness among workers to adopt think safety, work safety and train the use
of personal protective equipment to every person at the job Site.
 Prepare daily Safety Reports and submit to the Loss prevention Department to identify
the cause of accidents and corrective action to prevent cost of damaged.
 Perform safety hazard inspection of construction works lay down and living areas to
ensure their complaints with Project Safety and Fire Manuals.
 Conduct safety activities and training to concerned employees such as First Aid, Safety
clothing, Health Hazards and preventions.
 Properly planning for workers and its safe performance using necessary Guards,
Barriers, Barricades and Warning Tapes, Signs etc.
 Make daily inspection to the workers if they have prescribe safety outfit period.
 To ensure all workers having Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
 Conduct the Tool Box Talk, to remind about safety rules and regulation at job Site.
 Check and monitor all necessary equipment and material using at Site.
 Conduct safety meeting to the Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman
 Report incidents of injury / emergency & organize training requirements for all workers.
 Responsible for maintaining and implementing Company’s safety manual and Client’s
safety program and safety action plan.
 Periodic inspection of Fire and Safety equipment’s along with Client’s Safety Manager.
 Evacuate personnel to assembly point in case of emergency.
 Keep permanent record of Injuries, Fires, Motor vehicle accidents (MVAS), property
damage and Crane/Heavy equipment’s accidents, which have occurred at the Site.
 Keep a record of weekly safety meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
 Monitoring the house keeping for particular area and implement good housekeeping.
 Maintain & ensure the safety warning board, warning sign, label, handrail for cross over,
flash light, hard barrier as required for particular area.
 Conduct inspection on Crane and Scaffoldings and ensure / maintain safety of Crane &
heavy equipment operators and workers.
