WHAT IS IT?
1. While answering the activity, I felt a lot of things. I felt glad because with the help of the activity, I now
know my characteristics as a person and as a friend. Also, I now know what traits and characteristics that I
should improve to become a better person.

2. I have many traits that describe me the most. These are the traits that I and others noticed about me. The
traits that describe me the most are being an approachable person, loves being with others, and also, being open
minded.

3. For me, there are many traits that I should improve, but the most important trait that I should improve is not
giving full trust to people. I believe that I should improve this trait because I already experienced betrayals in
the past. I also believe that improving traits can help the person to be the best version of him/her.

1. The activity is about discovering your traits that needs to be developed and improve. I am relieved after I did
the activity because I can now identify the things or traits that I need to improve. Also, I now know why it is
important to improve one's trait, for him/her to be a better person.

2. There are many things that a person should have to make a change. For me, having a lot of courage and
dedication in doing things can help you to change in a lot of ways. I believe that if I possess these traits, I can
easily change myself.
3. There are many things that a person can do so she/he can develop himself/herself. For me, I can fully
develop myself by loving and knowing myself first. I believe that I should know who am I, what are my
characteristics and traits are and what to do to develop these. Second, is asking for guidance to God, friends,
family, and peers. I believe that I can easily develop myself by seeking advices to the people around you. And
lastly, loving my flaws. I believe that if I accept myself whole-heartedly, I can easily become a better person.

1. The activity is about the five developmental aspects of a person. I find the activity fun and also informative
because through the activity, I know about the different developmental aspects of a person. I also know what are
the different traits/characteristics that belong to each aspect.
2. I realized that the traits/characteristics that people possess have its own developmental aspects. These aspects will
help him/her through his development as a person. This can also help him/her to identify which aspect these traits
belong.
3. Wellness is a full integration of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is a complex interaction that leads to
quality of life. Wellness is commonly viewed as having seven dimensions. Each dimension contributes to our own
sense of wellness or quality of life, and each affects and overlaps the others.

1. I felt genuinely happy because I was able to rank my different developmental aspects. I am grateful that I knew
myself very well. I also discovered the aspects that I needed to improve or develop.
2. The bigger portion of the pie symbolizes my well-developed aspect of my personhood. The well-developed aspect
of my personhood is my social aspect. I think my social aspect is my well-developed aspect because I used to talk
to many people during my high school days. Also, because I am approachable, I do have many friends.
3. Actually, there are many ways that I can do to improve the smaller portion of my pie. I believe that in order for
me to improve my moral and spiritual aspect, I must practice and seek guidance to God. Furthermore, asking for
advice from the peers and my family can help my moral and spiritual aspect develop.

My slogan explains that in order for us to develop, we need to look for
our own happiness and forget the things that will make us sad. The sadness in
our lives can be a hindrance for us to grow and prosper. We need to do things
beyond our extent for us to discover and learn new things.
