Event policies
1. Legal wedding ceremony includes services and arrangements requirements for arranging legally
binding marriage vows which are quite specific. Once those guidelines are met the legal formalities
are relatively easy to manage. When a couple decides to wed in Bali, our Bali based agent files all of
the necessary paperwork with Indonesian authorities. All originals legal and religious documentations
must be brought to Indonesia and shown as proof before the ceremony takes place.
Note:
It is not possible to have a legal marriage until a religious ceremony has taken place.
2. Religious wedding ceremony includes services and arrangements of religious documentation,
religious minister. When a couple decides to wed in Bali, our Bali based agent files all of the
necessary paperwork with religious authorities. All original religious documentations must be
brought to Indonesia and shown as proof before the ceremony takes place.
3. Details of event. The menu and all other details of your events are to be finalized at minimum of 60
days prior to the date of your event.
4. Food tasting. Menu /food tastings are only conducted at minimum of 30 days prior to wedding. Food
tasting is on complimentary for 1 session for up to 2 persons. Additional food tasting session
requested will be subject to the menu price.
5. Fire work. Fireworksand other visual effects will need to be informed in advance to the hotel in
which the hotel will initially review and assessed throughlegitimate vendor with proper handling and
to launch fireworks and/or other visual effects arrangement before final approval in allowing the
arrangement to be done on the event day or otherwise.
6. No space is being block at this stage until we receive definite confirmation from your side. Space
will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation after signing in the agreement will be charged at 25% nonrefundable deposit of the total
amount package taken
Cancellation 60 – 30 days prior to wedding day will be charged at 30% of total fee (package & option)
Cancellation 30 – 15 days prior to wedding day will be charged at 50% of total fee (package & option)
Cancellation 14 days prior to wedding day or less or no show will be charged 100%
