    12th Grade Best Work Reflective essay

    My best work during my senior year was taking macro photographs. The

    assignment is about taking four shots of macro with the different items for each shot.

    This assignment is one of my hardest assignments because it's hard to get a nice shot,

    the hardest part is the lighting of the subject and you have to zoom the camera until you

    get the nice clean shot of the subject that you are taking and it has to be clean

    background and there's no distraction of your background. Learning this being a

    photographer can become a professional photographer because for me i learn a lot of it

    and what i learn is being a creative what i'm taking a picture that gets the photo look

    good. In addition, macro photography is an extreme close up photo and it is usually of

    very small subject and any kind of item but it has to be close. The composition

    techniques of macro play a vital role of macro photography and it can make or break

    your photo. Lightning can be used to highlight the center of interest and add depth to

    the photos. Macro photography is one of those genres that trigger a lot of curiosity

    among photographers and that's the main reason why many point and shoot usually

    have a built-in macro function. The first shot that I take a picture of is a gallon of hand

    sanitizer that puts some light in the bottom and I take a shot from the top so that I get a

    nice shot of close. For the second shot the photos which are the q tips i actually build

    the q tips with one group then i take a picture close up with light then i got the nice

    photos same with the other two pictures i just have light then i take a picture of close

    until i got the nice shot. After all i recieve a comment from my teacher that my picture is

    like a pro shot. I know that my photos look pro shot because they are different shots and

    it looks really good and clean. Ultimately i considered my photography as my best work
    in 12th grade because this is my really best that i do and i acknowledge all this being a

    photography.
