TRAINING INTRODUCTION

The training is designed for people who are tasked to plan, design, build, operate, and
improve service delivery and support with the use of digital transformative technologies.

Transformation in service delivery is about change in value creation, customer


experience, quality process, and technology use. Digital transformation involves the use of
digital technologies to continuously improve the product, process, and people of service
delivery. The integration of digital technologies is designed to transform the way the business
enterprise and government agency demonstrates their effectiveness, efficiency, and security to
create new service value and to reimagine the customer experience.

The leadership, management, and personnel behind the service delivery and support of
an organization have to continuously understand the value stream and supply chains of digital
transformation.

The capability building on digital transformative technologies provides the lookup


references to understand transformation within the context of industry 4.0 and the emerging
disruptive technologies that are affecting the way product is developed, the process is
simplified, the customer is reached, and business is diversified.

TRAINING DURATION
The knowledge sharing requires twelve-hour (15) of actual examination of cyber security
reference standards and lecture presentation of the cyber security management methodology
and tools. The online training is done in five (4) days – three (3) hours session per day.
