What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)?

A supervisor or boss is someone who is playing the role of a leader for his team or

management, which requires a lot of productivity. A good supervisor is someone who possesses

the qualities of effective communication, leadership, confidence, time-management, and

problem-solving techniques. Effective communication is one of the most important qualities that

are needed in a good supervisor, boss, or leader[ CITATION Dor19 \l 1033 ]. When you can

communicate with others with no barrier or obstacle only then you’re able to convey tour

message. In organizations, everything depends on communication. When you communicate the

message of the firm only then your employees get to know about the plan.

Similarly, qualities of leadership and confidence define your character as a supervisor, for

managing your team effectively it is essential to act like a leader. Moral leaders never lack

confidence, when you’re confident in front of your team it will motivate them. This is the basic

responsibility of any supervisor to keep their team motivated towards the successor company’s

mission. Time-management and problem-solving skills are often required by supervisors because

they have to lead a team or group of multiple members. When the supervisor is doing everything

on a team and solving every problem or obstacle effectively, their team will learn from them.

Thus, when you’re a leader, you’re a role model for the individuals under you therefore a

supervisor must possess the above qualities to become an efficient o effective supervisor.

Employees admire or observe the attitude or behavior of their supervisors if supervisors decide

flawlessly and show efficiency towards work[ CITATION Dor19 \l 1033 ]. This creates an

atmosphere of positivity and productivity and encourages everyone to work effectively for

achieving the goals and objectives of the firm.

Everyone individual has some special or ideal place in their homes, for me my ideal place

is my sitting corner right next to the window. Where I sit all night looking at the beauty of stars

and moon, sipping a cup of coffee made with my special recipe (most probably in winters). Well,

not everyone will be obsessed with my ideal place as everyone wants a home full of “brands” but

what I want is peace. As a writer, I sit at my ideal place whenever I’m free to think about life, to

think about my imaginations and dreams. My ideal place provides me the vibes of imagination,

dreams, thoughts, and take to the world of fantasy where I can rest with my feelings. Reading the

poetry of Shakespeare and Rumi in the night of winters creating the vibes of sadness and looking

at the sky full of clouds is what every writer, reader, and thinker would admire. And my ideal

place provides me that view.

I avoid plagiarism by ensuring the following steps:

1. Say no to copy-paste context, read the title of the paper, brainstorm the ideas in your

mind related to the topic, and write in your own words.

2. Insert Quotes in the content and provide a reference to each quote to avoid plagiarism.

3. Usage of plagiarism checker also helps in reducing it by paraphrasing the lines which are

showing plagiarism (as some content catch plagiarism may be due to human error).
