Subject: Request for Work Suspension Order No. 1 for the Rehabilitation of Poblacion Road
K020+100 – K023+100, Bataan
This refers to the request of the contractor for Work Suspension Order No. 1 effective June 25, 2018
due to RROW Problems. Please be informed that there are no more workable area at the project site as
shown in the straight line diagram since the affected stakeholders did not allow the entry of the
contractor in their properties unless payment has been made by the contractor to the said stakeholders.
A Permit to Enter was sent to these affected owners prior to the date of suspension and all of them
refused to sign nor acknowledge receipt thereof due to reasons mentioned earlier. Further, a letter was
already forwarded to the Punong Barangay requesting for assistance in the negotiations thereof for the
resolution of the RROW problem.
In view of the foregoing, this Proposed Work Suspension Order No. 1 is hereby recommended for
approval.
