1. What are the general physical characteristic of intermediate schoolers? DISCUSS COMPREHENSIVELY.

The physical characteristic of intermediate schoolers changes in a various way like the structure of the liver, muscles,
skeletons, kidneys , and face follow a normal curve of the development in both girl and boys. The brain development
which is responsible of having many new motor skills are also improving and grow. The heredity which plays significant
part of children's physical growth. Nutrition in order to reach optimal physiy growth young people are required to be
healthy and have balance diet that provides many benefits for the physical growth. Other bodily organ systems mature
at their own time, thus affecting growth pattern. Children gain an average of 7 pounds in weight, and average of 2 1/2
inch in head circumference (height) each year. Children at this stage have growth spurts (sudden boost in height ando
weight) which are usually accompanied by increase in appetite and food intake.The body fats increase occurs earlier in
girls and is greater in quantity. Girls appear like obese even as boys have a tendency to have extra lean frame mass in
step with inch of top than girls. Children may also emerge as involved approximately their bodily appearance. Girls,
especially, may also emerge as extra aware about their weight and determine to devour less. Boys may also emerge as
aware about their stature and muscle length and strength. Appropriate sports should be designed so on the way to be
guided into the proper direction.

EXERCISES FOR KIDS IF children need to increase their overall body strength and especially their core muscles, these 6
exercises require no equipment and can tone up the muscles. Like Chair yoga pose, Boat yoga pose, Reverse Table yoga
pose, Superman yoga pose, Plank and Squats. Third is the FOCUS EXERCISES FOR CHILDREN Many children have a hard
time paying attention for long periods of time. Try adding these 6 activities to your kids’ exercise list to help children
practice their abilities to focus. Like Tree yoga pose, Warrior 1 yoga pose, Figure 8 Visual Tracking Exercise, Airplane
Pose, Ski Jump Pose and Cross Over Pose. Fourth, STRETCHING EXERCISES for Students need to stretch their muscles
throughout the day. Sitting slumped in a classroom chair or hunched over a computer or phone can take a huge toll on a
student’s body. Here are 6 exercises to stretch the upper back, lower back, shoulders, chest, and legs. Like Moon yoga
pose, Twist pose, Triangle yoga pose, Chest Stretch, Lunge Stretch, Back Stretch. The fifth exercise is the CALMING
EXERCISES FOR CHILDREN, Last but not least are calming exercises for kids. Today’s children experience high levels of
stress and anxiety. Add these 6 poses to your kids’ exercise list to help students to get their bodies in a calm state to be
ready to learn. Like Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Downward Dog, Seated Moon, Child’s Pose and Love Pose. Give
